End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User,” “you,” or “your”) and [VulnServer Labs, LLC] (“we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your use of our lab platform (“Service”) accessed via a time-limited authentication link (“Magic Link”).

By using the Magic Link to access the Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for an 8-hour session, solely for lawful, non-commercial, educational, or testing purposes.

2. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Share your Magic Link with others.
• Attempt to extend or bypass the 8-hour session limit.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with the Service.
• Use the Service to perform unauthorized attacks or probe external systems.
• Upload, transmit, or store any malicious or unlawful content.
• Disable or interfere with any security or session management mechanisms.

3. User Data and Logging

We may collect session metadata including IP address, timestamps, and basic interaction logs to monitor for abuse and improve performance. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and systems provided as part of the Service are the intellectual property of [Your Company Name] or its licensors. You receive no ownership rights under this license.

5. Termination

Your session will automatically terminate after 8 hours. We reserve the right to terminate access at any time if you violate this Agreement.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided “AS IS” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of [Louisiana], excluding conflict-of-laws principles.

9. Changes to This Agreement

We may update this Agreement at any time. Continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
