These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the lab environment (“Service”) provided by [Your Company Name] (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service—including accessing it through a Magic Link—you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

2. Access and Usage

• Access is provided via a single-use, time-limited Magic Link sent to your email address.
• Magic Links are valid for one user session, up to 8 hours after first use.
• Links are non-transferable and may not be shared or reused.

3. Permitted Use

You agree to use the Service for lawful purposes only. You may not:

• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Use the Service to exploit vulnerabilities or conduct external attacks.
• Upload or distribute malicious code or content.
• Copy or redistribute any content, scripts, or infrastructure without permission.

4. Payment and Refunds

If access is purchased, all sales are final unless otherwise stated. We do not provide refunds for unused session time unless explicitly granted in writing.

5. Data and Privacy

We collect minimal data including your email address, session ID, IP address, timestamps, and basic activity logs. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Termination

We may revoke or restrict access at any time for violations of these Terms. Sessions automatically expire 8 hours after first use of the Magic Link.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and resources provided as part of the Service are owned by VulnServer Labs, LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute any portion of the Service without written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post them on our site. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
